Support

Healthyer is operated by MaeTara LLC.

Email hello@healthyer.app and a person will read it. Tell us what phone you are on and what happened; if it involves a check-up you added, please don’t send us the document — we can help without it, and we would rather not have it.

Common questions

The app says it could not check a product

That means the product record has no allergen list and no ingredients, so there was nothing to search. We show that rather than a green tick, because “we found nothing” and “we looked at nothing” are not the same answer. Read the pack.

A product is missing, or its information is wrong

Food data comes from Open Food Facts, a public database anyone can contribute to. If a product is missing or wrong there, it is missing or wrong here. You can add or correct it at world.openfoodfacts.org and it will reach the app.

My check-up would not read

Scanned PDFs — pictures of paper — have no text to extract. Ask your clinic for the digital copy. If the file is a genuine digital PDF and still fails, email us the error you saw, not the file.

The numbers on screen are hidden

Hiding is on by default, so your figures are not on show when you hand someone your phone. The eye button in the top right of the Health tab turns it off.

Deleting your account

In the app. Open the account menu and choose to delete. That removes your sign-in record from our systems and wipes the app’s data on your phone.

Without the app. Email hello@healthyer.app from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to be signed in anywhere. We action it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted. The entire account record — the email address and the account identifier held in Firebase Authentication. That is everything we hold, so nothing is kept afterwards. There is no health record on a server to delete, because there never was one — see the Privacy Policy. Your report and everything derived from it live only on your phone, and go when you delete the app.

Changing the text size

Healthyer follows your phone’s own text size setting rather than having its own. On iPhone that is Settings → Display & Brightness → Text Size; on Android, Settings → Display → Font size.

A reminder worth repeating

Healthyer is a general wellness tool. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and it can be wrong. Where an allergy or intolerance is involved, the printed label on the pack is the only authority — see the Terms.
