Terms of Use
Last updated 23 August 2026 · Healthyer is operated by MaeTara LLC.
Healthyer is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It helps you apply findings from your own check-up to everyday food choices. Decisions about your health belong with you and your clinician.
Using Healthyer
You need an account to use the app, and you must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
What the app does, and its limits
- It reads a check-up document you provide and summarises what it means for eating.
- The summary is generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. It may miss a finding that matters, or emphasise one that does not.
- Food and nutrition information may be inaccurate, out of date, or missing for a given product. Always read the actual label, especially for allergens.
- Never rely on Healthyer alone where an allergy is concerned.
Your content
The documents you add remain yours. They stay encrypted on your device — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is and is not transmitted. You confirm you are entitled to use any document you add.
Acceptable use
Do not upload other people's medical records without their permission, attempt to break or probe the service, or use the app to provide medical services to others.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as-is, and we may change or withdraw features. We will give notice in the app before a material change to these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaeTara LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Healthyer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
